I know I have SOME readers out there, but due to lack of questions/comments lately, I haven't been updating my blog as regularly. If you would like more posts, please comment or email me a question regarding fitness or nutrition, so I can know you're out there and can generate some ideas to answer your questions. I do look at your website and I LOVE it! I need you to kick my butt in bootcamp when you get it back up and going, you know like in a year when the sun might be shining here in Idaho...
Okay, I have a question. What is a healthy, legitimate weight loss amount per week? I've heard that if it is more than a pound, you're basically just losing water and dehydrating yourself. Is that true?
